Somatic Embodiment Coaching is an integrated approach to removing anyobstacles that stand in the way of of a person achieving their goals. It is aprocess of working with the mind and through the body to empower a person to reach more of their potential and derive more enjoyment and fulfilment from life. It involves clearing self doubt, cultivating self love, embracing authenticity, creating consistency and strengthening what already works. In order to create long-lasting change, we must adjust the lens through which we currently view the world in favour of our bigger vision.
