Transformational Life Coaching is an integrated approach to removing any obstacles that stand in the way of you achieving your goals. It is a process of working with the mind and through the body, to empower you to reach more of your potential and derive more enjoyment and fulfilment from life. It involves clearing self doubt, cultivating self love and confidence, embracing authenticity, creating consistency, strengthening what works and getting rid of what doesn't.
 

When working with women, I place a strong emphasis on how we can track and utilise our Menstrual Cycle to
harness creativity, productivity and to cope better with the demands of modern life. If you're someone who doesn't menstruate or are in any of the stages of menopause, we 
can work with the cycle in relation to the moon cycles and how you feel each week of the month.


In order to create long-lasting change, we must adjust the lens through which we currently view the world in favour of our bigger vision.

Pilates is a form of exercise that utilises all of the muscles in the body and builds strength from the 'inside out'. Inside out refers to the deepest muscles being activated in order to create the most profound strength. Pilates improves posture, balance, flexibility and helps to build a strong core, also known as the “Powerhouse”.

 

I teach both classical and rehabilitative styles of Pilates, taking into consideration your individual body type and unique movement patterns. The aim is to build strength, relieve tension, create alignment and calm the nervous system.
